El bitxo Ibarra és un bitxo molt productiu de port molt ramificat i arrodonit. De fruits d'entre 5-12 cm de longitud, fins, de carn tendra i color verd groguenc homogeni i brillant, molt apreciada per la tendresa i també per a la conservació en vinagre.
En general, només uns quants fruits piquen.
